Festival of Leaves 2014 : Week 8

The leaves are still there!

The leaves are still there!

I have noticed that by the river the leaves are still on the trees, whereas inland in the hills, they seem to fall much faster.   Has anyone else noticed this?

It might be a bit warmer near the river so the leaves last a bit longer 🙂 Judy

When we have had ample rain colors are so much more vibrant so it only stands to reason they would be so closer to the river.
